What does the council want?
(August 16, 2018)Energy Efficiency report for the dwelling addition to be completed by a suitably qualified assessor and comply with BCA Part 3.12. This means they need a report showing the addition isn't a greenhouse or a cave! The BCA 'Building Code of Australia' ensures a build is compliant with the climate zone & won't use too much energy (electricity/gas) once it is built.
